Planning was achieved in December 2015. Working closely with the Parish Council and local authorities, “Twin Oaks” is the development of nine new homes along Winchester Street, Botley. The site consists of four Georgian style homes, in keeping with the current street  scene, with a further five homes designed to emulate 19th century worker cottages to the rear of the site.
